Robert is a public adjuster with more than 25 years of experience handling residential property and commercial insurance claims. Earlier in his career, he worked for The Home Insurance Company, gaining firsthand insight into how insurers evaluate and manage claims. He now uses that experience to help property owners and businesses document their losses, prepare well-supported claims, and navigate the claims process.
Lyn Jackson

Hi, I'm Lyn Jackson, Founder & Principal Licensed Public Adjuster of Guardian Public Adjusters LLC. Serving people has been the thread through every chapter of my career. I earned my Bachelors of Science in Natural Sciences and Mathematics and my Masters in Molecular Biology. I have spent over 25 years working in law enforcement as a Forensic Scientist. My passion for helping families led me into Fire Restoration and Mitigation, where I learned the industry by working for a local restoration company and also obtaining my IICRC Certification in Fire and Smoke Restoration before becoming a Licensed Public Adjuster.
